REZ Recovery offers a variety of free and accessible resources, from phone accessible virtual support meetings to recovery coaching, to help you start or continue your journey to sobriety.

Phone/Virtual Recovery Meetings/ Anonymous

You don’t need to travel long distances or face transportation barriers.

We offer Phone Call in  Zoom meetings where you can connect with others in recovery from the comfort of your own home. These meetings are designed to provide support and help you stay on track.

One-on-One Recovery Coaching

We know that sobriety doesn’t look the same for everyone, which is why we offer personalized coaching. Our trained recovery coaches are ready to walk with you through the challenges you face, whether you're just starting your journey or you’ve been in recovery for some time.
